Shelley and Ron Tatelbaum
Ron Tatelbaum, Md is a retired cardiologist and former Chief Medical Officer at a large multi-hospital system in the Hudson Valley in New York. He has traveled to Teo many times over the past 20 years. Ron has integrated what he learned and experienced in Teo into his daily life. He and his wife have co-created and brought many groups to Teo. He is trained in Mindfulness Based Stress reduction as a facilitator under the direction of Jon Kabat-Zinn. He combines his medical paradigm with mindfulness and the connection with spirit with his experiences at Teo.
Shelley Tatelbaum, M.S. the Founder and Director of The Center for Grief, Loss and Life Transition in Poughkeepsie, New York. She has been in service to grieving people as a grief therapist for over 30 years. Shelley facilitates workshops and study groups as a Certified Four Agreements Teacher. Shelley is also a Mindfulness Based Stress and Pain Reduction facilitator under the direction of Jon Kabat-Zinn and provides workshops on mindfulness in hospitals and in the workplace. Shelley also leads spiritual journeys to the pyramids in Teotihuacan, Mexico as well as retreats in New York and Arizona. She has studied with a variety of renowned healers all over the world and brings their wisdom to her clients in her private practice and groups and integrates it into her grief practice. Shelley's life is committed to assisting individuals in lowering their stress while raising their awareness. She invites each person to shatter beliefs that no longer serve them. She guides them to rediscover their faith in themselves on their journey to personal freedom from the past to peace, joy and happiness in living heaven here on mother earth now.
